Though a low carb diet is not a miracle solution it will make losing fat a lot easier. Besides being easy to follow it will also allow you to eat many of the foods you already enjoy. The easiest way to follow a low carb diet is to cut out all processed foods. Overall eating fresh vegetables, eggs and meat / fish you will easily reach your desired results.

Following a low carb diet allows you to use fat for energy instead of carbs, allowing you to burn body fat much faster. However, keep in mind that you should keep your protein and fat high to give you enough energy and keep your body from using muscle for energy.
